My First Sound Healing Sessions
I recently received sound healing from Lynne, who was using me as a guineapig for her course and is now a qualified sound healer.
I found the tuning forks to be the most interesting, based on how they seemed to shift my thought patterns.
In conversation with a friend who recently tried ENT therapy, I thought that there may be a connection between our responses to these two therapies. So I may have to do some proper research to find out.
Tuning Forks
Tuning forks create a binaural pattern that influences brainwaves, whereby the brain combines the two sounds of the forks to create a third sound.
